There are a few different ways to get in contact with us:

Submit a ticket online

Visit https://www.ascendrms.com/contactus

You can submit your own support ticket by filling out the form in the link above. This form is a good place to start, since it gives you a great idea of what information we need from you to successfully dive into your problem with as little back and forth (or "telephone tag") as possible.

Send us an email

You can also email us to submit a support ticket. We even have specific inboxes for the different teams (though we will always help you reach whoever you need to reach, no matter who gets the emails).

General Feedback

If you'd like to provide general feedback or ideas to make Ascend better, you can do so here. Our Vice President and Product Manager review all feedback submitted.

Note:  In most cases, feedback will not change when our team is able to address the area discussed.  We have an existing roadmap spanning years into the future.  Your feedback will, however, influence what we do once we get there.

In addition, while all feedback is reviewed, direct responses will generally not be provided.
