- The exception is that the following fields will always show:
- Contract Signer
- Contract Link
- This is so the dealer can always view the contract they signed, and see which user signed the contract.

Ascend RMS
New
- You can update the Order Status properly from the eCommerce Sales screen.
- Swiss QR Code section has been added to the Purchase On Account Large Receipts (Invoices). This is not to be confused with Payment On Account Statements, or any other receipt. This will be based on a Locale Policy and the IBAN number being added to the table manually (there is NO dedicated Ascend RMS field for this).
Inventory Adjustment Type
- A restriction was removed which was previously blocking a user from assigning a QuickBooks Account to an active "duplicate" Inventory Adjustment Type (IAT) matching an existing 'Hidden' IAT. Moving forward, users will be able to map and save a QuickBooks Accounts to any Active (Unhidden) IAT even if there is an existing unmapped duplicate IAT ‘Hidden’ with an identical name.
- A change was made to eliminate users from being able to create new duplicate IATs. If a new IAT is created using an identical name to that of an existing ‘Hidden’ IAT, Ascend will activate the existing ‘Hidden’ IAT, instead of creating duplicate IAT entries with the same name; this will happen automatically unbeknownst to the user. The activated IAT will still need to be mapped the same as if it were newly created as in current state.
- IATs created by one location will automatically be set to ‘Hidden’ at all other locations within a dealership, by default. We understand that this will add an additional click to ‘Restore/Unhide’ when mapping newly created IATs across multistore locations, however, this change will mitigate a different problem causing IIF exports to fail as a result of unmapped ‘Hidden’ IATs. The only change to the process is the added click to ‘Restore/Unhide’ the IAT in question by either 1) Clicking ‘Add’ and keying in exactly the same IAT Type Name which will Unhide/Restore the existing one created by a different location, or the recommended way of 2) Clicking the 'Restore' button to unhide/active then ‘Editing’ to add the QuickBooks Account as was always the process.
- A fix was implemented addressing a notification service issue related to IAT updates. This fix, while completely transparent to end users, allows us to reenable our IAT sharing across locations at the time our next client update is released (or for Early Access Users).
Fixed
- When a special order is associated to a purchase order at the warehouse, the customer's name will now appear appropriately on the order screen for the associated purchase order.

Automatic Updates
- We patched a behaviour issue where a condition of perpetually skipping the new version auto update window could result from scheduling updates to occur at a time when computers are routinely turned off (generally overnight). If a Hotfix installation time-of-day window is missed, the automatic update will occur at the soonest available time, likely upon bootup. If a non-Hotfix feature release misses the configured day(s)/time window for two consecutive weeks, Ascend will force the update after the two week buffer at day 15.
- Client machines will be updated automatically when the server is updated so that the user will no longer need to manually update each individual client machine. The only requirement is that the file naming convention and directory matches between where it is stored on the server machine and the clients.
- Ascend will be taking a more active forced update approach. Retailers will have the ability to set the Time of Day and number of days from the Ascend Product Update release date from 0 (day of release) to 15 days from the date of the release.

Locally
- Internal Ascend DRIs will be able to test in-market using their Locally test stores.
Other items
- Horizontal scrollbar added to Cloud Catalog Form.

- New Transfer status will start appearing in the Special Order status areas (sale item details, receipts). Special orders fulfillments completed by transfers will not show under Items to Order. Note, when removing items from Items to Order they also get removed from the Special Orders report/SOMT in HQ. We have added to the message in the message box to notify the user of this.
- A new transfer status of Waiting on Dependency will now appear the transfers out screen, to notify the user that the transfer cannot be picked yet, since it is waiting on something. The main use of this status is when a Warehouse has an item on a purchase order and it has not been received yet, so the item cannot be picked/sent, until it has been received.

New
Special Orders Management Tool
- When using the Special Orders Management Tool, users will see their selected lines turn a dark blue, and see lines that they hover over in a light blue to help keep track of the lines that they are reviewing.
- Only special orders that have a potential "faster" fulfillment option, will appear on the Fast Track tab.
- The Remove show completed items from past 30 days option will no longer appear under the Report Options in SOMT, because no completed SOs currently appear in the tool.
- The user will be able to see all special orders from the locations that they have accessed to, sorted into 4 different tabs; Not Yet Ordered, Fast Track, Assigned, and All Special Orders.
- The SO Management Tool user will be able to see and select a fulfillment option from a drop-down list that includes the fulfillment availability (such as assigning an order or transfer) for the special order request.
- The SO Management Tool user will now have the ability to select a warehouse location, that will then be an additional fulfillment option available to fulfill a special order. WARNING: Once you select a warehouse location, you should never change this location or it may cause errors. If you experience issues, please contact support.
- The SO Management Tool user will be able to click submit and all of their fulfillment updates included in their current session will be pushed and updated in Ascend RMS.
- When the SO Management Tool user hits the submit button, it will submit all special order lines that were changed in the current session. As the lines are being passed to Ascend RMS and being updated there, the special order lines will become inactive, so they cannot be changed again, until the submission process has been completed. If there is an error for one of the special order lines, it will be displayed in red.
- Once a fulfillment options has been selected in the SO Management Tool, it will be saved and reflected appropriately on the Special Order line in Ascend HQ.
- The SO Management Tool user will be able to see multiple report options and they will be saved to the user or dealership appropriately; Include Committed Transfers, Email Preferences (email actually getting sent will come in a future story), Fulfillment Priority, Select Warehouse, Shipping Schedule (actual setup options will come in a later story). Any sorting or columns that were changed on a tab will also be saved and restored when the user reopens a tab/grid.
- The SO Management Tool user will now be able to see the correctly calculated estimated arrival time for transfers and Trek purchase orders. The field will also include the estimated arrival type to let the user know what the date is based off of. Note: This calculation will not appear for non-Trek supplier purchase orders.
- The SO Management Tool user will now see a session progress chart that shows each session's progress for updating the client with the information that was submitted.
- What the user can see in the Special Order Management Tool, will now be based off whether the user has the Vendor Order user permission or not. If they have the permission, they will have full access to the tool and can update the fulfillment option for a special order. If they do not, they will have "read only" access of the tool.
- The SO Management Tool user will no longer have the ability to add the shipped and promise date columns via the column chooser. Instead they will see one column for the estimated arrival date.
- When selecting a Warehouse in the report options for the special order management tool, the SO Management Tool user will receive a warning message letting them know that they will not be able to change their Warehouse, once it has been selected. Once they select a Warehouse, the dropdown will become inactive.
- The SO Management Tool user will now have the ability to filter the special order lines to only show those that failed to be updated on the client when its session was submitted.
- The SO Management Tool user will now see special order lines appear on the Not Yet Ordered tab again, when the transfer request has been denied, so they can assign a new fulfillment option.
- In the SO Management Tool, the warehouse fulfillment option in the fulfillment option drop-down for a special order that originated at a Warehouse location, will be removed.
- In the SOMT, the submit button will now become inactive when the following occurs:
- There is no current session (meaning no fulfillment options have been selected or changed or the session has already been submitted)
- As soon as the submit button has been clicked, to inform the user that they do not have to click it again.
- When a fulfillment option is being selected and has not fully saved to the session.
- When a transfer has been picked, sent, or received, or the order has been received, the fulfillment option will be disabled for a SO in the SOMT. This way user cannot change the fulfillment assignment to something else, when it is already in progress.
- When using the SOMT, the user will now see a yellow outline on the fulfillment dropdown box when they have changed a fulfillment and have not submitted the session yet.
- When selecting a Warehouse in the report options for the special order management tool, the SO Management Tool user will receive a warning message letting them know that they will not be able to change their Warehouse, once it has been selected. Once they select a Warehouse, the dropdown will become inactive.
- When using the SOMT, users will see their selected lines turn a dark blue, and see lines that they hover over in a light blue to help keep track of the lines that they are reviewing.
- All SOMT HQ text will now appear in the appropriate languages.
- Translations for most locales will appropriately be displayed in Ascend HQ for the Special Orders Management Tool.
Fixed
