Activating Custom Ascend and Shopify Distribution Link

1. Ascend Business Development team will share your Custom Ascend and Shopify Distribution Link with you.
2. Click the Shopify Distribution Link.
3. You will then be redirected to the Shopify Admin.
4. Log in as the Shopify Owner Account.
5. Select your store.
6. The Ascend HQ login screen will appear.
   1. Enter your Ascend HQ username and password.
7. Click Log In.

Obtain Shopify Location ID

1. Log in to Shopify Admin dashboard.
2. Go to Settings > Locations.
3. Select the Location.
4. Check the URL. The Location ID will be in the URL of the page.
   1. e.g.: https://your-store.myshopify.com/admin/settings/locations/95263457464 The Location ID is 95263457464. 

Confirm Shopify Integration in Ascend HQ

After logging into Ascend HQ, Click Settings > Integrations > Shopify Integration.

1. From the Select Location dropdown select the specific Location and enter in the Location specific Shopify Location ID.
   1. Note: If multi-store, be sure Is Primary is checked for your Shopify Primary location.

2. Click Submit.

3. A pop up window will open which says: This app is exclusive to your store.
4. Click on Install to confirm the Integration.

5. Once you click on Install, a message will appear that says Successfully Integrated and in the Shopify Integration section a Success message will display.

Confirm Ascend Integration in Shopify Admin Portal

1. Log into the Shopify Admin Portal.
2. Click Apps and Sales Channel on the left-hand side.
3. You will see an Installed app by the name: Ascend |< Store Name > (e.g.: Ascend | KFlo's Bikes)
4. If you see the name listed in Step 3, the app is installed and the Integration is good to go.
   1. If you do not see the name listed in Step 3, please reach out to the Ascend Support team for assistance.
