User Preferences
The User Preferences menu offers more than just user-specific preferences; it also includes tools like Help and Feedback.
- To access the User Preferences Menu, click on the User icon / name in the top right corner.

You'll see a series of menu options:
- Settings: Not available at this time
- Language Preferences
- Appearance/Theme
- Feedback
- Help
- Change Dealer
- Logout
Settings
Not available at this time.
Language Preference
To set your translation language settings, click Language Preferences from the User Preferences drop down.
Select the desired language from the dropdown and click Confirm.
Appearance/Theme
To access settings to apply a Dark vs. Light Mode color theme, click Appearance/Theme from the User Preferences drop down.
Select the desired theme and click Confirm.
Note: Light Mode is the default mode in Ascend Cloud.
Dark Mode
Feedback
To submit feedback from directly within the application, click Feedback and a window or tab will launch with a very short form.
Note: For critical issues, please contact Ascend Support directly instead of using the Feedback option.
Logout
Clicking Logout logs you out of the web application.
FAQs
Will my Language Preference settings save when I log out? | Yes, your Language Preferences will be saved as long as you are logged into the application with your user account. |
Will my Appearance/Theme preferences save when I log out? | Yes, but only Light or Dark Mode settings will be saved. Custom themes will not be saved beyond your current session. |
Is the Date, Time, and Currency formatting within the application tied to Language Preference? | No, Date, Time, and Currency formatting is based on Locale Policy and is independent of your Language Preference. |
