Payment Type - Gift Card

  1. From the Payment toolbar, click the Gift Card button.
  2. The Amount field automatically populates with the amount due on the transaction. If the amount the customer wishes to use is different, enter that amount instead.
    Note: Not sure how much the customer has available? Click the Check Gift Card Balance button at the bottom of the window.
  3. Click in the Gift Number field and have the customer swipe the gift card on your Ingenico payment terminal.
  4. If the customer overpaid on the transaction, the Change Due dialog box displays. Click OK to return cash to the customer.
