Hardware - Add a Logo to the Epson Receipt Printer

Once you’ve installed your printer driver (see Hardware - Install the Epson Receipt Printer), you may wish to display your logo (or other image) on your receipts.

Add Logo to Epson TM-T88VII

For Epson VII you will need to install the Epson Utility in order to add the logo: Epson TM-T88VII Series Downloads

  1. Select Correct Operating System
  2. Under Utilities Select "TM-T88VII Utility v1.30 +" and click download
  3. Open the Utility
  4. Add Port
  5. Select USB (or Ethernet) 
  6. Click OK
  7. Click Main > Basic Settings > Storing Logos
  8. Click Add
  9. Navigate to logo file
  10. Select
  11. Click "Ok" to image size message
  12. Edit Image Width between 48-60mm (Possibly 72mm)
  13. Select Multi-tone
  14. Slide a little darker
  15. Click “Ok”
  16. Key-code prompt will display, enter 48 & 48
  17. Change Alignment to “Center”
  18. Click "Store to printer"

Add Logo toEpsonTM-T88V and TM-T88VI

  1. Navigate to Devices and Printers.
    Note: Press the Windows key on your keyboard and type Devices and Printers to get there as quickly as possible.
  2. Right-click on the appropriate printer and choose Printing Preferences.
  3. Select the Advanced Settings tab and click the Advanced Settings button.
  4. Under Printing Timing, select Start of Document and click Select Image.
  5. Click the Specify NV Logo button.
  6. Click the Storing Logos button.
  7. Click the Add button.
  8. Navigate to the location where you saved your image file and double-click it.
  9. If the image is too large, you'll receive a message to resize it. Click OK.
  10. Select the Multi-Tone tab. Change the Brightness and Density settings as needed to optimize the image on the right.
  11. Click OK.
  12. In the Decimal Number fields, enter 48.
  13. Click OK.
  14. From the Alignment drop-down (under the Preview display), select Center.
  15. Click the Store to Printer button.
  16. Click OK.
  17. Click the Set button, then close the APD Utility window.
  18. Click OK to save your changes and exit the driver.
