Prerequisites

Ascend HQ Permissions

1. To create an Ascend HQ login, your User record needs the Reporting - Ascend HQ permission.
   1. Article: User Management - Create, Edit, and Remove User Profiles

2. (Multi-Store) Users with this permission will be able to see data from all locations where they are Active.

3. Once this permission is granted, verify the Email address in the User record is what you want to use to access Ascend HQ. If not, change it.

Ascend HQ and Trekbikes.com User Accounts

If the Email address associated to your Ascend User record is the SAME as the email address associated with your Trekbikes.com User record, then you will use that Email/Password to log into both Ascend HQ and Trekbikes.com. 

Note: If you change the password for that Email address in Ascend HQ or Trekbikes.com, it will update for the other.

Creating Ascend HQ Account

1. Go to https://hq.ascendrms.com. and bookmark this site.
2. If this is the first time you are accessing Ascend HQ, you must click Create Account on the login screen.

3. Enter:
   1. First Name
   2. Last Name
   3. Email: The Email address associated with your Ascend User record.
   4. Enter your new Password: Create a Password (does not need to match your Ascend User password).
   5. Confirm you new password.
4. Click Create Account. You will be brought back to the main Login Screen to log into Ascend HQ.

5. Congratulations, you now have access to Ascend HQ! Remember the password you created so you can access the site in the future via the Log In button.

Please note that you will not receive any account creation confirmation. But worry not - just make note of your login credentials and start enjoying the new metrics.

Password Reset

On the login page, just click the Forgot Password? link. You'll be sent an email to reset your password.
