Shopify integration with Ascend | Beta now open

Start with your Shopify Store.
Before Ascend integration can begin, you'll need to create your Shopify Store. Once that’s complete, the Ascend Business Development Team will help set up the custom Ascend Shopify App and integrate it with Ascend HQ.
Activating Custom Ascend and Shopify Distribution Link
- Ascend Support will share your Custom Ascend and Shopify Distribution Link.
- You will then be redirected to the Shopify Admin.
- Select your store.
- The Ascend HQ login screen will appear.
- Enter your Ascend HQ username and password.
- Click Log In.
Obtain Shopify Location ID
- Log in to Shopify Admin dashboard.
- Go to Settings > Locations.
- Select the Location.
- Check the URL. The Location ID will be in the URL of the page.
- e.g.: https://your-store.myshopify.com/admin/settings/locations/95263457464 The Location ID is 95263457464.
Confirm Shopify Integration in Ascend HQ
After logging into Ascend HQ, Click Settings > Integrations > Shopify Integration.
- From the Select Location dropdown select the specific Location and enter in the Location specific Shopify Location ID.
- Click Submit.
- A pop up window will open which says: This app is exclusive to your store.
- Click on Install to confirm the Integration.
- Once you click on Install, a message will appear that says Successfully Integrated and in the Shopify Integration section a Success message will display.
Confirm Ascend Integration in Shopify Admin Portal
- Log into the Shopify Admin Portal.
- Click Apps and Sales Channel on the left-hand side.
- You will see an Installed app by the name: Ascend |< Store Name > (e.g.: Ascend | KFlo's Bikes)
- If you see the name listed in Step 3, the app is installed and the Integration is good to go.
- If you do not see the name listed in Step 3, please reach out to the Ascend Support team for assistance.
