Once you’ve set up product exports, they’ll happen automatically happen. Any active (not hidden) product which has Properties > eCommerce checked is included.
Locally
Exports happen according to the schedule you set for the Locally Inventory & Pricing Report in Ascend HQ. Locally generally processes changes within 60 minutes of upload.

Workstand (formerly SmartEtailing)
Exports happen overnight and every two hours during the day. Workstand processes inventory changes between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm US Pacific time, and processes all other product changes and/or additions at 2:00 am US Pacific time.
Note: By default, new locations are set up to export product information overnight - if you wish to export more often, contact Ascend support.
eCommerce is checked by default on all products which were created in Ascend.
Workstand product criteria for upgrade:
- The product is on an active sales promotion with E-Commerce checked.
- The product is in stock or had Non Inventory checked.
- The product is on order (on a vendor order, but Rec'd was not checked).
- The product has been sold (is on a finished/completed sale) in the previous 90 days.
